Virtual Grand Parade
The 2020 INDIA DAY FESTIVAL & PARADE held Online on Saturday 15th August and Sunday, 16th August 2020, attracting many channels, South Asians celebrating India’s 74th Independence Day.
Nataraj Youth Cultural Organization (NYCO) has been a part of the parade for the last ten years, presenting a unique theme-based float, year after year.
This year Nataraj Youth Cultural Organization (NYCO) organized “Virtual GUJARAT FLOAT” for the India Day Festival & Parade. Bollywood Parade Marshall had a notable guest appearance with a special presentation: Toronto Laughs with Sunil Grover.
The virtual parade represented 28 states of India with Cultural programs. This year for the virtual grand ceremony, NYCO made Sardar Sarovar with World’s Largest Statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Valley of flowers, Children Nutrition Park, Cactus Garden, etc.
The virtual float had colossal community participation online, and the audience loved the float design. Videos and photos, live Facebook, Twitter & Instagram posts went viral, which enhanced the organization’s name and fame globally.
